Sean Kelly to appear at public interview, book signing and training ride open to all

 

 

With Ireland's current top riders like Dan Martin, Nicolas Roche and Martyn Irvine having held at a series of public appearances across the country in recent weeks at the end of the road season, now it's the turn of a man who has long hung up his racing wheels, Sean Kelly.

The former World No 1 has enjoyed great success this year who his book 'Hunger' - written with journalist Lionel Birnie.

It spent a couple of months at the top of the Irish best seller's list and is expected to be one of the best performing sports books over of the Christmas period.

To mark its publication, and also for the purposes of meeting and chatting to cycling fans, Kelly will make public appearances in Belfast on Friday and Saturday week, November 29th and 30th.

 The events will take place at the Chain Reaction Cycles superstore on Boucher Road in Belfast.

On Friday evening from 6.30pm, Kelly will give a public interview at which any cyclists or cycling fans are invited to attend. He will also take questions from the floor and will sign copies of 'Hunger' and pose for photographs with fans.

The following morning, Kelly will be back at the store for a ride out with fans starting from 10am.
