Sam Bennett has been in a training camp in Spain of late working towards his next two big goals; the first of which is next weekend. He'll go to Belgium and France in search of big results.
With one victory already under his belt this year, Sam Bennett is eyeing some big goals in the weeks ahead.
The Bora-hansgrohe man has been training in Spain this week towards his next race; Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne.
The Belgian semi classic takes place on Sunday week, February 25th. It’s a one-day race and at 198km, with no major climbs, it should suit Bennett very well.

His best result in the Belgian event was 19th in 2015 and was he 24th last year.
Having moved up a gear since the contest last year, and won five WorldTour races, Bennett will definitely fancy his chances in 10 days.
One of those WorldTour victories Sam Bennett claimed in 2017 was a stage of Paris-Nice. And he will return to that race next month.
It begins the week after Kuurne Brussel Kuurne; from March 4th to 11th.
Breakthrough sprint performance
While Bennett has won many pro races during his career, his stage 3 win in Paris-Nice last year was something of a coming of age.
It was his first ever WorldTour win. And he emerged quickest in a gallop made up of sprinting royalty at the end of 190km into Chalon-sur-Saône.
Behind him were Alexander Kristoff, John Degenkolb, Marcel Kittel, Michael Matthews, Arnaud Demare and André Greipel.
Bennett will go into both Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne and Paris-Nice with victory on his mind.
He began the season with an illness-hit trip to Australia. But despite struggling because of that illness he still managed to win Race Melbourne for the second year.
