Rohan Dennis has signed for Team Ineos with the squad confirming today that the world TT champion is now one of its riders.
As his contract was ended with Bahrain-Merida in September, Dennis becomes a Team Ineos rider immediately.
He has been officially unveiled today in his world champion's rainbow bands livery.
The Australian has only raced twice since abandoning the Tour de France in July; for Australia in the Worlds TT and road race.
His time with Bahrain-Merida ended in a row over the quality of the team kit being made available to him.
His signing for Team Ineos was anticipated and it further packs the roster with star riders.
Egan Bernal, the Tour de France champion, is in the team as is last year's Tour winner Geraint Thomas and four-time Tour winner Chris Froome.
Richard Carapaz, the Giro champion, has also been signed for the next three seasons.
As well as those star riders, the team has also been investing in the future by signing a number of world class young riders in the past couple of years, including Ireland's Eddie Dunbar.
The team has also signed Ethan Hayter (21), Ivan Sosa (22), Filippo Ganna (23), Jhonatan Narváez (22), Pavel Sivakov (21), Brandon Smith Rivera (23) and Carlos Rodriguez (18).
It also has former world road race champion Michał Kwiatkowski in its ranks as well as emerging riders such as Chris Lawless.
