On the eve of the road races at the World Championships in Spain, photographer Sean Rowe brings us this set of photos. It features the Irish riders training on the circuit to be used for all races down for decision over the next four days.
The lads, and lone woman Josie Knight, look great in their national kit and appear relaxed but ready to go.
Knight is up next; the lone Irish representative in the junior women's road race which gets underway tomorrow morning, Thursday, from 8am Irish time. It's 72.8km - four laps - and will take well under two hours.
The U23 riders - Ryan Mullen, Jack Wilson and Conor Dunne - are in action in their road race tomorrow afternoon; the 182km contest getting started at 12 noon Irish time.
It will take just over four hours and is 10 laps of the hilly circuit.
The junior men are then in action in their road race on Saturday morning; a seven lap, 127.4km affair that will take around three hours.
The team is made up of Daire Feeley, Stephen Shanahan, Eddie Dunbar, Michael O'Loughlin and Dylan O'Brien.
Dunbar has been billed as a potential winner; underlining the status with an amazing season thus far and conceding after the European Championships he had gone there to try and win the title.
Olivia Dillon was to have ridden the elite women's road race on Saturday afternoon but withdrew citing fatigue after a long season.
Sunday sees the big guns in action, when the elite men line up for their 14 lap, 254.8km race. It features a three-man Irish team made up of Philip Deignan, Nicolas Roche and Dan Martin; with the latter tipped as a potential winner, though all three can cause plenty of damage.
We’ll be bringing you blow by blow coverage; so stay with us.

Michael O'Loughlin; he'll be looking to make an impression on Saturday and may yet turn out to be the pick of this bunch of juniors.
Good to see the Irish in the new kit looking so well; c'mon Ireland!!
