The organisers of the Suir Valley Three-Day International are putting on a separate criterium race in host town Clonmel on Sunday night, especially for A4 riders.
The race will be run by Clonmel Cycling Club and will serve as a curtain-raiser to stage three of the Suir Valley, which will also take place that evening.
The A4 criterium will be held on the very same circuit as that of the Suir Valley main event and starts at 6pm, one hour before the main event.
Sign-on is at the start/finish line in the town, which will be signposted, and opens at 4pm with €10 entry fee.
The circuit is a tricky one, featuring eight corners over 2.1 kilometres and riders will race for 30 minutes and five laps.
It is hoped a large crowd can turn out to support the event and a carnival atmosphere is expected with ample entertainment, from a funky bike parade, to bouncy castles and face painting and music, there's something for all the family in Clonmel this Sunday.
