When you've spent so many hours in the saddle training for the Olympics, there really is only one way to rock up to meet President Higgins at Áras an Uachtaráin when you're asked around for a cuppa!
Bryan Keane is just back from Brazil where he represented Ireland at triathlon in the Olympics, but he hasn’t let the grass grow under his feet.
The Cork man – who rides for Team Aquablue when he’s competing in bike races at home – was one of a group of Olympians to be invited to a reception hosted by President Michael D Higgins at Áras an Uachtaráin.
And while there was a traffic jam as the crowds arrived, Keane wasn’t troubled by it because to rocked up on his bike.
He got some pretty cool photos, including one of the President showing him around the green house.
Great to see him taking the bike up to the door of the big house!
