Nicolas Roche had posted this pretty cool look back on his time with Team Sky before he leaves for BMC Racing.
Nicolas Roche spends his last day today, New Year's Eve, as a Team Sky rider.
Once the clock strikes midnight tonight the next phase of his career begins, this time in the colours of rival WorldTour team BMC Racing.
Roche had a very strong two years with Team Sky and was instrumental in Chris Froome's victory in the Tour de France last year.
The highlight of his tenure with the team was his Vuelta stage win last year, when he triumphed at the end of the 200km stage 18 into Riaza.
And this year he rode a fantastic Tour de Yorkshire, taking 2nd on the final stage and 2nd overall.
He was 8th in the European TT Champs and took the Irish TT and road titles in June.
And he finished off the year in a real high, with 2nd on the queen stage and 2nd overall at the Abu Dhabi Tour (2.HC).
He's posted this collection of images looking back on his year with Team Sky; nice to see a rider paying tribute to his team and team mates as he moves on to pastures new.
We wish him all the best for a great 2017 with more team and personal victories to come!
