Nicolas Roche is one member of Ireland's two-man team for the road race at the Olympic Games this weekend and he looks really lean ahead of the big one.
Going into this Saturday's Olympic road race with just one team mate for company - his cousin Dan Martin - Irish rider Nicolas Roche is very hopeful of making an impact.
When he wasn't named in Team Sky's line-up for the Tour de France, Roche took himself off to train at altitude in Italy for an extended block.
And having bagged 9th in the Clasica Ciclista San Sebastian at the weekend, he is clearly in very good form.
Roche snapped the photo below on the plane on his way to Rio and has shared it on his Twitter account.
He looks as lean as we've seen him and hopefully that will translate into a good performance.
Both the Irish riders are capable of a medal and Dan Martin has talked up his own chances.
He said he's won the two hilliest one-day races on the pro circuit and with the Games race so hilly he goes into it one of the favourites and as a marked man.
Roche looks really, really lean
