Meath Heritage Sportive
The Meath Heritage sportive takes place at the end of July from Trim, with the early bird offer still open.
Now under the sponsorship of the Sport Ireland, with An Post having departed cycling, the event is now in its ninth year.
On July 29th, the day before the main event, there’s an evening family spin, suitable for kids of all ages, at 5pm.
The organisers are offering two places free with every 10 places booked or one free spot with every 5 places booked.
All events are based from the spectacular setting of Trim Castle, with three routes to choose from in the main event on Sunday, July 30th: 160km Royal Challenge, 100km Royal Tour and 50km Tara Challenge.
The event claims to be the third largest sportive in Ireland and the largest in Leinster. Entries close on July 26th and you’ll get more information by following this link.
