Cycling Ireland has released the revised schedule of racing as competition resumes after it was suspended in March due to Covid19.
Action will kick off again next Tuesday week when the opening round of the Mondello Series will recommence the season, with racing continuing until the last weekend in October with the PJ Logan Cup and the Galway Classic bring the campaign to an end.
The new calendar includes the National Road Championships - for elites, U23s and juniors, taking place in the delay slots of Thursday to Sunday, August 20th to 23rd.
The following weekend sees the provincial road race championships taking place across the country while the Masters and A3 national road championships take place on Saturday and Sunday, September 12th-13th.
Rás na mBan is scheduled to get underway on Wednesday, September 2nd. For now there is no mention of Rás Tailteann but a decision is awaited on that.
