Multiple riders charged by angry bull during gravel race in California | Video

This is just one of several incidents in which the same bull charged at riders; knocking them off their bikes and then charging them again

Several riders in the US were lucky to walk away without life-changing injuries after incidents during a gravel race at the weekend when they were charged by the same bull.

In these two clips - above and below - two different cyclists were charged by the same bull. They were knocked off their bikes and then charged again at Rock Cobbler gravel race near Bakersfield in California at the weekend.

The cyclist in the incident in the video above was Tony Inderbitzin, according to the Cowboy State Daily, though he appears to have escaped without serious injury, as did other riders who were charged by the same bull.

“I’m sore all over, mostly the neck from the second throw I got whiplashed,” Inderbitzin said. “The list of what doesn’t hurt is my left arm and head. I was worried I would be sorer today, but pretty much the same as yesterday, so that’s a relief."

Another cyclist who was on the race, podcaster Remko Rinkema, posted the video below of one of the other incidents yesterday, adding: "As far as I know no serious injuries but absolutely terrifying!!"
