Mark Cavendish has hit out at a cameraman on the Tour of Britain today - video below. He got angry when he claimed the motorbike was influencing the racing.

Cavendish and his Deceuninck-QuickStep team mate Tim Declercq were in the breakaway and worked to bring Mark Donovan out the back. The Team DSM rider was 9th overall meaning the escape would not be given too much leeway if he was in it.

In the jumping around off the back of the group,
Cavendish claimed the TV motorbike was influencing the racing; being used by
riders to close gaps.

And he was not slow to tell the cameraman what he thought, shouting and gesticulating at him. "You're helping them; what's wrong with you?" he shouted.

He then called the TV moto up to him so he could address
the viewers at home and try to offer his explanation for why he had behaved as
he had.

"For all you people at home, these motorbikes have a
bearing on the race. The guys are sat on them."

The outburst comes after an incident at the Tour de France where Cavendish was captured in a fan’s video shouting at his the mechanic.
