Marc Madiot goes nuts celebrating Thibaut Pinot victory on the Tourmalet at the Tour de France...
Marc Madiot has been known to wear his heart on his sleeve, but his celebration of Thibaut Pinot's win on the Tourmalet knocked it out of the ball park.
The Groupama-FDJ manager, and double Paris-Roubaix winner, was waiting on top of the mountain on Saturday when Pinot attacked the lead group to take a brilliant victory.
And when Pinot hit he afterburners, so too did Madiot; with the camera rolling to capture his reaction.
He went absolutely nuts watching on, and then when he knew the stage was won he darted off, with the cameras unable to follow he sprinted away so fast.
The team footage, below, shows that he went and got a ladder from the back of the team car, presumably so he could see the presentation above the crowd.
There's also some good footage in here of the team's riders after Pinot's win and the rider himself getting back to the bus after his victory.
