The director of the National Road Race & TT Championships in Clonmel, Declan Byrne has announced the closing dates to enter all of the title races down for decision.
The closing date for online pre-entry to the TT events is 12 noon next Wednesday, June 20th and 12 noon on Friday, June 22nd for the road races.

Clonmel CC is holding the full programme of senior championship races from next Thursday, June 21st to Sunday June 24th.
On Thursday at 5pm the programme kicks off with the elite men’s and women’s TT title races, which also includes the men’s U23 race. It is being run over the traditional distance of 40km, with the first rider off at 5pm.
There’s a break from the action on Friday before a very full day of racing swings into action on Saturday morning.
First up on Saturday is the veteran’s road race. It will be run over nine 12.5km laps for a total race distance of 112.5km and gets underway at 11pm. Then at 2pm the women’s road race gets underway, with seven laps of the 12.5km course to be negotiated for a total race distance of 87.5km.
Sunday then plays host to the main event; the elite men’s road race. It begins at 12 noon and takes the riders over nine laps of an 18.6km lumpy circuit. The men’s U23 title race will be run off within the elite race.
