Irish Continental team EvoPro Racing has made two signings ahead of the resumption of racing, with former US national road race champion Johnny Brown one of the new riders headed to the squad.

The other is Frenchman Rudy Fiefvez, an experienced elite
rider who has signed his first UCI team contract by moving to EvoPro Racing mid
season.

Brown, who turned 23-years-old in April, was double
junior national road race champion in the US during his junior days and won the
elite crown in 2018.

He has ridden for Hagens Berman Axeon for a number of
seasons but having aged out of the U23 team at the conclusion of last season he
has now joined EvoPro Racing.

“I’m delighted to bring Jonny on board the EvoPro train.
I feel, in the short time I've known him, that he is going to be a valuable
member of this squad,” said Morgan Fox, directeur at EvoPro Racing.

progress.”

Brown described himself as “super excited” to be riding
for the Irish team for the remainder of the 2020 season.

“Having so many different cultures come together always
adds a unique bond. I want to keep proving myself as a worthy top-level cyclist
and believe we can achieve good goals at the team,” he said.

Brown as “a big rider with enormous talent” whom he believed was working his
