Cycling Ireland has named the junior and U23 teams for the European Road Championships. The racing takes place  in the Czech Republic next week.

The junior and U23 men will take part in the road races and the TTs; with big hopes that both selections can do well.

There is just one woman picked; junior national road race champion Lara Gillespie getting the nod.

She rides both the junior road race and the TT. The Orwell Wheeler already has international experience despite her young age.
