Irish cycling may have been hit hard by the pandemic this year but anyone who still feels they need to get a bit of racing out of their system by the end of the year still has one more option.
Ards Cycling Club have been organising a Christmas Day 10 mile TT for many years and it's on again this year despite Covid-19.
There's no entry fee and there will be no prizes for riders, though the winner's trophy will be awarded at a later date.
However, despite there being no entry fee, riders planning on competing in the TT must register in advance.
The full range of Covid-19 protocols are also being put in place by the promoting club, which all riders must strictly adhere to.
The field is also capped at 15 riders. For more details and to register for the race please follow this link.
