Irish cycling back on Eurosport with Rás na mBan
Eurosport is set to broadcast a highlights package tomorrow, Sunday, of last week’s An Post Rás na mBan.
The programme with be 30 minutes in length and is set for broadcast at 4.30pm.
It is produced by InForm Sport Media and features coverage of all six stages of this year's five-day.
The race which ended on the Parade in Kilkenny last Sunday, with Team GB the dominant outfit throughout.
In what will be a feast of cycling action, the Rás na mBan show will follow directly after coverage of the World Championships Team Time Trial event in Bergen, Norway.
Eurosport is available in 14 million homes throughout Ireland and Britain.
Sunday's broadcast is the first of several screenings of the show around the world championships coverage and beyond.
A full provisional schedule of transmissions will be issued soon.
The British riders completed a clean sweep at Rás na mBan, with Alice Barnes winning the final stage last Sunday.
Her team mate on the Team GB squad Elinor Barker wrapped up overall victory. She also took the climbers' classification.
Barnes won two stages and as a result she claimed the points classification.
Mel Lowther took the young rider classification while Team GB also claimed the team prize.
Eve McCrystal was victorious in the Irish rider competition. She was 11th today and 5th overall.
