Ineos Grenadiers unveils new-look kit for 2023 season

Geraint Thomas, Egan Bernal and Tom Pidcock in the Ineos Grenadiers racing kit for next season

Ineos Grenadiers, formerly Team Sky, has been notoriously conservative down the years when it comes to changing its team kit. But for 2023 it has gone for one of its most radical overhauls. However, the Bioracer racing clothing is very similar to the Bahrain Victorious kit of recent years.

The British World Tour team parted company last year with Castelli in favour of Bioracer. Castelli had been the team's clothing partner for five years, taking over from Rapha. Ineos Grenadiers has called the new kit 'Visibly Fast', saying the ‘brigade red’ that will now form the base colour signifies "the team’s plan to race with passion, grit and determination".

Rod Ellingworth, deputy team principal at Ineos Grenadiers, said the team was "shifting up a gear" with its choice of kit for next season.

"We’re excited by the evolution of the design and hope our fans love this new look as much as we do. The shift to Ineos’s brigade red reflects the way we plan to race - with passion, grit and determination," he said.

“The introduction of the distinctive orange colour is also important. It will increase the visibility of our riders during racing, as the orange kit they wear does whilst they are training, helping to keep them safe on the road and supporting them in all conditions. Bioracer has really risen to the challenge with our 2023 jersey and we’re looking forward to racing in this ‘Visibly Fast’ kit.”
