Incredible view of Sam Bennett's Paris win from inside peloton | Video

Sam Bennett takes no prisoners in sprints but this time around he won by stepping back at little at the last and letting Trek-Segafredo go slightly too early before the Irishman pulled the trigger

Sam Bennett kept us entertained throughout the Tour de France, taking two stage wins and battling every day for the intermediate sprints and for a stage victory whenever he was in contention.

He kept the best til last, of course, with an incredible win in Paris on Sunday, looked after once again so well by his Deceuninck-QuickStep team, especially his last man Michael Mørkøv.

The clip below, recorded from a camera on Mørkøv's bike, brings us into the constant battle for position in the peloton building up to a final sprint like this.

It also shows how expertly Bennett played his final card; letting the Trek-Segafredo riders kick just before him before Bennett unleashed his winning sprint having been careful not to go too early.

The reaction from Bennett, his team mates and team staff also made for some really memorable scenes after the stage was done.
