Ireland's new senior national road race champion, Ryan Mullen was in action at the RideLondon-Surrey Classic in England yesterday.
It was the first time since he took the national crown in Westmeath at the end of June that he wore the Irish champion's kit in a major race.
It looks like he was wearing a short sleeved skin suit; slightly different to the long-sleeved version he used in a local 10 mile time trial near his home last Thursday night when he set a blistering time of 17:51.
Every rider who wins the national road title gets to wear the champion's jersey in races for the following 12 months.
The design of the champion's jersey, shorts and other kit is not uniform; every team gets to put its own twist on it and come up with its own design.
Have a look at the shots below and see what you think of what Mullen’s An Post-Chainreaction team has done with the champion’s kit.
