Philip Deignan rode fantastically in Team Sky's 2014 kit. Now he and Nicolas Roche will don a new range, with whites and sky blues now a feature.
Team Sky’s riders have been photographed at their training camp in Mallorca wearing some pretty cool new Rapha kit over the past couple of days.
And now the high end clothing company has given us the first official look at some of the gear Philip Deignan, Nicolas Roche and their colleagues will sport next year.
Some of it is almost identical to that used during the season just concluded. Though in general, blue and white feature a lot more.
While the photos below are of the team’s replica clothing, the gear the riders are set to wear will look the same.
The team-issue gear will simply be refined to suit race conditions more. Think of the infamous mesh jersey and shorts from 2014....
The classic, mainly black, jersey and shorts look likely to be the racing look again in 2015.
However, the riders have been seen training in plenty of the white and sky blue gear, suggesting those colours may welll be a big part of the 2015 race garb.
Have a look and see what you think.

The front of the jersey looks exactly the same as this year, though a new stretch fabric is intended to create a more comfortable and snug fit.

Around the back, the stripes from the top of the pockets up the jersey are new.

The sky blue version is a lot brighter. And while black has always been the race kit, the riders have recently been seen training in Spain in a lot of blue clothing, perhaps a sign change is on the way.

This very classic jersey would be a major change of look if it were used as race kit. Geraint Thomas has been seen training in this jersey and matching long sleeved top.

Like the black jersey, the shorts seem to be the same as last season's. They will look very slick with the other jersey designs and the new blue training tops which Rapha have yet to release photos of.

Tracksuit top; same as this year's.

The blue around the back finishes it off very nicely.
