Dean Harvey has emerged as the top-ranked junior cyclist in Ireland in 2020 of some 182 riders - male and female - who pinned on a number and raced this year.

Of that total number of riders who took to a start line at least once in 2020, there were 46 who scored ranking points - all of whom are listed below.

Harvey (VC Glendale) has topped the Cycling Ireland junior rankings with a total of 58 points. Jordan Luke of Newcastle West CC was next; finishing in 2nd place on 35 points.

Matthew Devins (Team Fundacion Lintxu) was 3rd in the junior rankings on 34 points followed by Odhran Doogan (Caldwell Cycles) in 4th on 32 points. Irish junior road race champion Ronan O'Connor (Orwell Wheelers) is in 5th place on 30 points.
