Those wishing to watch the UCI World Road Championships had better get their timing right as there’s a potentially hazardous five-hour time difference between Richmond, Virginia, in the US where the championships are being held and Ireland.
Not since 2010 has the event been held outside of Europe but at least this year’s championships don’t necessitate staying awake – or waking up - in the small hours.
Most events involving the Irish will be getting underway in the late afternoon.
Below, we've outlined the race times for those events with Irish involvement and we also outline the schedule for Eurosport's coverage.
All times are Irish time.
