The US-registered Team Skyline, a UCI Continental squad, will have no fewer than four riders on its roster this year, made up of returning and new faces.
Conn McDunphy has enjoyed considerable success during his first season with the team in 2024. He took several victories, including in UCI-ranked stage races, and a win and 2nd overall at Rás Tailteann.
McDunphy, the former Irish elite TT champion and a multiple track champion, returns for another season in 2025 when he will be hoping to continue adding to his palmares, including at the Rás.
Cian Keogh (25), also a national title winner on the track, returns to Team Skyline for his third season with the squad having raced all over Europe and in North America over the last two seasons.
Paul Kennedy (44) rode for Team Skyline-Cadence, the US squad's elite or club line-up in 2024, but he moves up to the Continental team for 2025. Kennedy, a later-comer to cycling having previously played hurling, has carved out a reputation for himself as a talented TT rider who also knows how to win a road race.
Joining the team this year is Ronan O'Connor (21); the former junior road race champion joining from Global 6 Utd for his final year at U23 level. O'Connor previously rode for two years with Italian development team Colpack Ballan.
O'Connor could get a decent run this year with the Irish national team if he performs as he should and the U23 team rides races like Tour de l'Avenir, where the climbs may suit the Irishman.
McDunphy and Keogh are both penciled in - though teams are not absolutely confirmed yet - to start their season later this month at Tour of Sharjah (2.2). The five-stage race begins on January 25th.
After the Middle East, Keogh and McDunphy are provisionally expected to ride a number of UCI-ranked events in Greece. They include the two-stage South Aegean Tour (2.2) from March 1st.
Also provisionally on the agenda for Keogh and McDunphy are the the one-day International Rhodes GP (1.2) on March 8th and the four-stage International Tour of Rhodes (2.2) from March 13th.
