First photos of Nicolas Roche's Irish champ's Pinarello race bike

Nicolas Roche's Pinarello Dogma F8 has been given the Irish national champion's treatment and, like the new road and champion's jersey, this looks terrific.

Nicolas Roche will line out in the one-day Clasica San Sebastian in Spain tomorrow highly motivated.

The race is one of his favourites on the pro calendar and he also has a new bike; in the Irish champion’s colours.

Roche already wore the Irish road race and TT champion’s kit at the recent Tour of Poland having won both titles in Co Kildare last month.

And while he had to wait a little longer for a new bike in the Irish colours, we think it was worth his patience.

It’s very much a less is more look; the main white frame of the Pinarello Dogma F8 set over very nicely by the tasteful brand name in green and the tricolour stripes.

The bike also features Roche’s family crest and a nod to the year’s he has won the Irish title; with 2009 and 2016 included on the frame.

Roche has shared these images on his Facebook page; enjoy!

The road race champion's jersey making its debut in Poland. If Team Sky offer it for sale there will be more than a few takers we would think.
