Aye, Aye captain. Nicolas Roche takes the wheel on his first day with Team Sky.
Nicolas Roche was given a captain's role in his first outing with Team Sky today, when the squad took to the high seas with the British sailing team.
New signing Roche was part of a motley crew of Sky riders, staff and management who took the day to get to grips with British Sailing's Olympic squad boats and equipment in a pre-season get together in Weymouth.
Also on board today were former Tour de France winner Chris Froome and his Aussie sidekick Richie Porte, as well as Commonwealth Games champion Geraint Thomas.
