Felix English storms in for Criterium Champs Title

Felix English has tonight, Friday, taken the National Criterium Championships in Mullinger, Co. Westmeath. The Rapha Condor-Sharp rider took the title in front of a large crowd from local man Damien Shaw (Lakeside). Paidi O'Brien (Dan Morrissey speedy Spokes) rounded off the podium in the bronze medal position.

English has clearly emerged from the An Post Rás and last weekends National Road Race in very good form and as a renowned time trialist and sprinter has used all of his skills to take his first national title. The U23 international adds tonights win to a stage win earlier in the year in the Tour of the North and also a number of time trial victories in the UK.
