Fancy working in Majorca with Cycling Ireland for six months? Here's how

The Majorca-based post offers the opportunity to work with some world class athletes, and to travel to races around Europe and beyond.

Cycling Ireland is seeking a candidate to live on the Spanish island of Majorca for six months to work in a support role with its high performance squad, which has a permanent training presence there.

The position is an internship, meaning it is unpaid. However, the federation will pay expenses as well as flights and accommodation.

The six-month period begins in July and will take the successful candidate through to the end of the year and into next; which coincides with the most intense period of track racing for the Irish squad.

Those competing for Ireland in road races have also used Cycling Ireland’s set-up on Majorca as a base, though it mostly caters for the track team.
