| Squad funding is based on being a member of a team that achieves the agree criteria above, for a specific event. ISC will allocate up to 8 Cards for the Men's team and up to 6 Cards to the Women's team. To continue to receive funding, athletes must remain part of the relevant team. |

- Top 3 overall in a Paracycling World Cup series (minimum field size of 8 competitors in each race)
- Nos. 2-4 in the end of year UCI World Ranking List in Paralympic disciplines and events (must be at least 15 athletes ranked)
