
The Gorey Three Day is always a great race and falls as usual on Easter Weekend this year
Entries are now being invited for the 48th running of the Gorey Three Day stage race over the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend.
The race is being held from April 19th to 21st and with a Co Wicklow start and finish, it feaures two stages in the Co Wexford town.
It is open to A2 and A3 riders only and is being run by Usher Irish Road Club.
The field is once again restricted to a maximum 180 entries. The organisers have already had countless inquiries and entries are expected to fill within days.
After a slight change last year, stage 1 will follow the traditional route to Gorey from St Kevins Community Centre, Blessington Co Wicklow, on Easter Saturday.
Stage 2 is the usual TT in Gorey on the morning of Easter Sunday, with a circuit race in the afternoon before the race heads back to Co Wicklow for the concluding stage 4 on Easter Monday.
