First look at Ireland's Eddie Dunbar in new Team INEOS kit

Team Ineos has formally commenced as a WorldTour outfit today; the squad formerly known as Team Sky switching sponors and kit.

It has published photos of its riders in the new gear, including Eddie Dunbar's.

The look of the kit is not dissimilar to the designs that Team Sky used this year, expect blue is out and red is in.

The team always said it would be launched as Team Ineos
at the Tour de Yorkshire. However, the launch took place this morning, 24 hours
before the race began.

Selected cycling media were invited to a pub in the
Yorkshire village of Linton where an understated press event was held.

Environmental protestors have warned they will protest
against the team in Yorkshire in coming days as Ineos is one of the biggest
producers if plastics in the world.

However, Ratcliffe, Brailsford and Froome were more
intent on talking cycling at the launch.

“This is a momentous day for the team, our fans and
cycling in general,” team principal Brailsford said.

“It is the start of an exciting new chapter for us and we’re all really looking forward to our future with Ineos at the helm.”
