Eddie Dunbar will be straight back into action tomorrow as he has been named in the Team Ineos line-up for the Tour of Poland.
The 23-year-old Irishman just finished the five-stage Vuelta a Burgos on Saturday but such is the frenetic pace of the season that he's back at it tomorrow after just three days break.
Dunbar and Giro champion Richard Carapaz are the only two riders from the Vuelta a Burgos named in the Tour of Poland line-up.
The team also includes world TT champion Rohan Dennis, Owain Doull, Michal Goulas, Luke Rowe and Ian Stannard.
While Carapaz is the clear leader of the team, Dunbar may get a chance to take a result depending on how the race pans out.
The opening two stages should favour the fast men in the field but stages 3 and 4, on Friday and Saturday, both feature plenty of climbing and should provide plenty of opportunity for Carapaz and Dunbar to flex their muscles.
They are the kind of climbs that really suit a petrol engine like Dunbar; short and punchy and coming one after the other in quick succession.
This is the race where Dan Martin really broke through as a top rider back in 2010 when he took a stage and the overall and it could serve as a similar springboard for Dunbar if he is not restricted by team duties.
Ireland's Ryan Mullen (Trek-Segafredo) is also provisionally named in the startling line-up, though his team had not confirmed its starting seven at the time of writing.
