One of the best riders on the Irish scene in recent seasons, Darnell Moore has landed a place at Continental level for the 2020 campaign.
The former U23 Irish road race champion and elite cyclocross and hill climb champion has joined Vitus Pro Cycling.
He will have compatriot Chris McGlinchey as a team mate; another rider of real quality who will ride his second season for the team in 2020.
Moore has been a stand-out competitor for several seasons now, winning a string of the biggest races on the home scene and proving the man for the big occasion.
Indeed, just like his new team mate McGlinchey, Moore has often excelled when riding the hardest races against the best opposition.
Both took elite silver at the National Road Race Championships against the pros; McGlinchey behind Ryan Mullen in Wexford two years ago and Moore last year behind Conor Dunne.
This year Moore won the Ulster crit title, Moynalty GP and the Wallace Caldwell.
He looked especially strong at the Isle of Man Manx International stage race where he took 4th on the queen stage.
Next season he should get the opportunity to ride some of the biggest pro races in Britain and still aged just 23 years he very much has time on his side for more development.
