Glencullen Adventure Park in Co Wicklow will be the scene of a cyclocross workshop for all ages and abilities tomorrow, Saturday.
The workshops, which are at different times of the day for the various age groupings, involve a small fee for each rider.
However, there will be plenty of expertise on hand to help riders with their skills.

Furthermore, any money that is raised will go towards the costs of sending the Irish team to next month's European Cyclocross Championships.
The four-rider team for the Europeans is comprised of Darren Rafferty, Ciaran Dixon, Darcey Harkness and Roisin Lally; all junior competitors.
The details for tomorrow are:
- 10:30am-12noon: 7-12 year-olds, mixed
- 12.30pm-2pm: 13-year-olds to elite, male
- 1:30pm-4pm: Elites, women
- Limited to 30 riders, €5 for kids, €10 adults
