Bryan McCrystal has made a great start to bike racing this season and Thursday night's sub 20 minute win in the West Down 10 TT is another milestone in his maiden campaign.
Having recently converted to cycling full time from international level triathlon, Bryan McCrystal won a stage in the Tour of Ulster less than two months into his first full season on the bike.
He was also a revelation in his first Rás where the Cuchulainn CC man - riding the race for Louth - was one of the strongest county men in the race and took the county rider prize on stage 6 into Carlow.
On Thursday night he notched another milestone, recording a sub 20 minute ride in the West Down 10 mile TT to win the event at Warrenpoint.
