Cycling Ireland is inviting applications for the post of ‘sports administration supervisor’. The successful candidate will be based at the association’s head office on the North Circular Road, Dublin.
The post has become vacant as a result of internal promotion and reorganisation. Many of the responsibilities attached to the job involve communicating with the association’s membership online, including roles in running the association’s website and social media accounts.
The successful candidate will join a staff of eight full time and four part time members.

Main Responsibilities of Sports Administration Supervisor:
- Efficient management of all office correspondence; paper & electronic.
- Proactively dealing with all members’ queries by phone and email.
- Manage and proactively develop internal management systems.
- Manage members’ registration and annual licenses renewal process.
- Manage the compile annual yearbook and event calendar.
- Maintain and develop Cycling Ireland website, social media & newsletters
- Overseeing subsystems such as race reporting and insurance administration.
- Support management in the various initiatives undertaken.
- Any other ad hoc duties which may emerge on an on-going basis.
