Video: Conor Dunne uses his huge height to childishly tease team mechanic

Conor Dunne sees he has the massive height advantage and quickly moves in on his poor team mechanic with the camera rolling.

One of the best value riders in the pro peloton, Conor Dunne has been having some serious bants with his team's support staff in Belgium.

The Irish international was on duty today for Israel Cycling Academy at Dwars door Vlaanderen (1.UWT).

Something of a trial run for this weekend's Tour of Flanders, it took the riders 182.6km from Roeselare to Waregem.

Dunne placed 112th, at 6:42 behind the emerging king of Dutch racing Matthieu van der Poel (Corendon Circus).

Van de Poel won in a sprint from a small group. Anthony Turgis (Direct Energie) was 2nd and Bob Jungels was 3rd for Deceuninck-QuickStep.

Aside from national champion Dunne, Ryan Mullen was Ireland's only other rider in the race. The Trek-Segafredo man was among the non-finishers, of which there was no shortage.

But as is his wont, Dunne took some time out to have a bit of craic. And as the team mechanic tried to close what looks like a back door on the team coach, Dunne childishly tipped it up out of his reach.

It made for a simple but classic short clip; capturing the humiliation of the smaller man for your viewing pleasure.

It's childish and we love it.

Note: No small mechanics were injured in the making of this video.
