Irish pro cyclist Conor Dunne is definitely one of the wittiest pro cyclists on social media, and this time it's girlfriend Stacey Kelly whose been on the receiving end.
The pair are currently in Nicaragua, ostensibly to have a well deserved break after a long season.
Conor Dunne has been riding for Aqua Blue Sport this year and has been on the attack constantly; including at the Vuelta.
And Stacey Kelly is also in the bike game of course; having worked as soigneur with JLT Condor this year.
From their social media output they look like they are getting around and having good craic.

But Conor seems to be reveling in using his form from the Vuelta to put Stacey under pressure on their hikes up spectacular, though steep, volcanoes.
He's powering to the top and snapping shots back down the slope of a slightly more laboured partner in crime, all presented in some nice witty posts.

Conor shared a couple of shots with the following observations:
“Somewhere at about 1100m altitude, still 600m altitude gain of 45° gradient to go... Volcano Concepción, Ometepe Island, Nicaragua.
“Thought it would be an easy enough day out. It wasn't. 11 hours hiking from dawn till dusk. Words would never do it justice. Epic, epic day.”
And in the pick of the photos as the difference in current form became obvious as the mountain continued, Conor observed:
“50 ways to kill your Irish girlfriend... "Nearly at the top darling!"
