The past week was a big one for Irish cycling, with the exact route of the Giro d'Italia, which starts in Ireland next May, being unveiled in Milan on Monday.
Belfast is getting the lion's share of the action, with the opening team time trial stage on Friday May 9th unfolding in the city, and the road stage the following day starting and finishing there.
Sunday's stage 3 takes the riders from Armagh to Dublin, where the three days of action in Ireland will come to a close and the race will immediately depart for Italy.
Toby Watson, whose excellent photos regularly appear on stickybottle, has put together for us a few fun shots showing how the race might look when it gets here next year. Enjoy!
