The 21-year-old, who rode for Spellman-Dublin Port at home this season is also working on plans to continue his track racing, but at this stage his road race plans are more fixed.

The 21-year-old will race with Willebrord Wil Vooruit, a
well-known Dutch team with long-running elite and junior squads and which is
now creating an U23 set-up, which Keogh is set to join.

The Dutch team has helped produced some top pros down the years with the likes of Ian Stannard, Thomas De Gendt and Dylan Groenewegen all having ridden for the team in the past.
