Thieves have been recorded stealing bikes on a Dublin street, using a power took to cut their target bike free before escaping with it.
The incident occurred in the Moore St area of the north inner city, with two men apparently working together to steal bikes that were locked on the street.
Both of them are hunched over the bike, with sparks flying as their hand-held angle grinder cuts through the lock, before the bike comes free and they flee the area with it.
One of the men simply puts the angle grinder back into a plastic bag before leaving on foot while his accomplice cycles off on the stolen bike.
It's not the first time scenes like this have been captured in Dublin. Twelve months ago a man was spotted stealing a bike close to the Convention Centre in central Dublin, again using a cutting tool.
And on another occasion, also early last year, a number of thieves working together were filmed using a power tool to steal a bike near Grafton St, with some of those in the group warning passersby to stay back.
