Having won the An Post Rás two years ago, Clemens Fankhauser of the Austria Tirol Cycling Team is in the yellow jersey again and has just two stages more to hang on and lift the title again.

And while he is climbing well with the cat 1 Mount Leinster still to cone, he came under sustained attack yesterday when he was isolated for a period on the road from Clonakilty to Dungarvan when his team mates got dropped.

He explains who is putting him under most pressure and also gives the background to the cuddly toy duck he brings to the podium each day.

He leads the general standings by just two seconds from Matthew Holmes of Madison Genesis in 2nd, with Ireland's Damien Shaw of the An Post-Chainreaction team in 3rd on the same time.
