It is a major late season race for Aqua Blue Sport and stage wins will be the objective for the team at the Tour of Britain.
Aqua Blue Sport team named for Tour of Britain
Aqua Blue Sport has named Conor Dunne and Eddie Dunbar in its line-up for the Tour of Britain.
The race begins in Wales on Sunday week, September 2nd, with both hilly and sprint stages awaiting the riders over eight days.
Also in the team is Adam Blythe as well as Larry Warbasse, Mark Christian and Casper Pedersen.
Conor Dunne, who was on the attack in Holland yesterday, said he was really looking forward to getting stuck in at the Tour of Britain.
"Racing in the jersey of the Irish national road race champion will be extra special for me," he said.
"It's one of the biggest races in the calendar close to Irish soil, so you always get a lot of home support.
“And it's also nice to be racing in the same time zone as your friends and family. I've had this race in my sights for a while now."

Conor Dunne and Eddie Dunbar are in the line-up for the Tour of Britain. It gets underway in 10 days.
Conor Dunne continued: “I hope to ride aggressively and show myself well in the Irish colours. We've got a strong team going to the Tour of Britain.
“And I will be support the boys in every way I can so that we come away with a good result."
The team has already won stages at the Vuelta a Espana, Tour de Suisse and Tour of Denmark since its inception at the beginning of last year.
And it will focus on stage victories in Britain, with Irish fans hoping that Dunne and Dunbar can get up the road and pull off a big win.
Tour of Britain sprint opportunities
Blythe, the former British road race champion, will be the Aqua Blue Sport man for the sprints.
"I'm super happy to have been picked to compete in the Tour of Britain," said Blythe, who will fancy his chances of taking another win this year.
"It's been a couple of years since I last took part in the race and I'm very excited to be able to return.
"I think that the team we have for the race is a very strong selection that will enable us to specifically focus on targeting stage wins.
“Our intention in the race will be to make the most of our opportunities, to enjoy the experience, to get the best out of each other and to try to win a stage."
Former British national champion Adam Blythe won Elfstedenronde; a UCI 1.1-ranked event back in June. And he will want to repeat that in what is his home race.
