Roger Aiken (Banbridge CC) and Robin Seymour (Team WORC) will this weekend be looking to continue their dominance of the cyclo-cross season at fixtures both sides of the border.
In Dublin tomorrow, Saturday, Seymour will do battle around Corcaigh Park in Clondalkin, in the third round of the Stevens Supercross Cup.
The Olympian and multi national champion may be in the autumn of his career but was untouchable in the opening two rounds last month and will take a lot of beating tomorrow.
Both the B and A events are fully subscribed, with 60 riders in each.
The forecast is for fine weather and with a short lap for the riders to negotiate in Corcaigh Park it sounds like a race that will draw spectators.
On Sunday Roger Aiken will be looking to extend to four his consecutive wins in the Ulster cyclocross series at Moira Demesne, Moira, Co Down.

Like Seymour in the Republic, Aiken has been masterful in recent weeks even in some of the shocking weather and mud that has greeted the riders.
There’s a packed schedule planned by the promoting club Dromara CC, with races from U8s to main senior event.
