Sep Vanmarcke will be in road and time trial action at the World Championships in the US over the next week.
The Belgian has been named by his trade team Lotto NL-Jumbo in its line-up for the team time trial that gets the Worlds underway tomorrow, Sunday.
And he will also be in action for Belgium in the elite men's road race in Richmond on Sunday week.
He's been preparing for his team test by getting the miles in on this time trial bike, with his team mate filming the clip below.
It shows the Lotto NL-Jumbo rider in the TT position riding very smoothly while balancing a bidon on his flat back.
His aero position and stability are really impressive.
