Gardai put cars onto the back of trucks and drive them away because they've been for sale parked all over a bike lane.
Social media may be full of photos and hashtags from cyclists complaining about vehicles being parked on cycle lanes.
However, yesterday the Garda force acted decisively to remove vehicles from one cycle lane in the north inner city.
The cars were taken from just outside the Phoenix Park where not only a clearway operates at times but where there is a cycle lane in operation.
A Garda team rocked up with some pick-up trucks and simply took the cars away. Let’s hope we see more of it.
