Tayler Wiles of the DID Cycle 4 Life team has taken victory in the morning 8km time trial stage 3 at An Post Rás na mBan in Barefield, Co Clare.
The US pro romped away with the test, beating Mathilde Matthijsse (Bonito Squadra) into second place by a massive 32 seconds in the 11-minute race.
To put the winning margin into perspective, the riders placed from 2nd to 13th on the day were covered by 32 seconds.
Wiles signalled her intent very early in this race when she finished second on stage 1 at the end of 60km into Ennis, Co Clare, on Wednesday evening.

She was beaten in the bunch sprint to the line only by Dutch rider Femke Van Kessel (WV Breda-Manieu.ni).
On yesterday's Loop Head to Ballyvaughan 112km stage 2, the American made no mistake when she sprinted home at the head of the depleted peloton to take victory.
That saw her assume the race lead and the lead in the points and climbers' classification.
And this morning she has really stamped her authority on the race, now enjoying a lead on general classification of 33 seconds over Matthijsse ahead of this evening's circuit race.
That stage is a 41km contest in Ballyalla, which will take the riders 10 times around a circuit. It will likely end in a bunch sprint.
This morning, defending champion Olivia Dillon of the Irish National Team was best of the Irish. She finished 6th, some 47 seconds back.
Her team mate Eve McCrystal was the only other Irish woman in the top 10 on the day. She came home in 9th place at 52 seconds, signalling her ability to compete well against strong international opposition.
Her result also followed a crash yesterday, with McCrystal clearly bouncing back well with her engine and morale intact.
Dillon is now best of the Irish overall, sitting in 6th, some 42 seconds and well within striking distance of the leader's pink jersey.
