Liam Curley (Technological University Dublin) has won the main event at the Seamus Kennedy Memorial in Co Meath today, promoted by Navan Road Club near Nobber. Yesterday's winner in Banbridge, Dean Harvey of Spellman Dublin Port, was 2nd while Gareth O'Neill of Caldwell Cycles placed 3rd.

The top three were clear of the a chasing group in the final kilometres, with Curley attacking and distancing Harvey and O'Neill to win solo having been on the attack for almost the full race in various groups.

A three-rider move also won the day. It contained sisters
Caoimhe and Aoife O’Brien, both of Weston Homes Torelli Assure, along with former Irish road race champion
Eve McCrystal of Bellurgan Wheelers.

In the final sprint to the line it was Caoimhe O’Brien who proved best, taking it from
McCrystal, with Aoife O’Brien in 3rd place.
