Peter Sagan beats Alexander Kristoff at Bergen Worlds
For the third year in a row Peter Sagan has won the Worlds, this time in Bergen from Alexander Kristoff.
The Slovak pounced from the leading group, a cross between a peloton and select group, at the finish for victory.
But this time it was a very close run thing.
Kristoff, riding in front of his own people in Norway, matched Sagan all the way in the sprint. But the defending champion got everything into his surge for the finish line.
And in the end it was that sprint lunge that made sure he claimed the title.

The former U23 world champion Michael Matthews of Australia took the bronze medal.
Best of the Irish in the 276.5km race, which took 6½ hours, was Dan Martin. He finished in 26th place, near the back of the leading group.
Nicolas Roche came home in a group of four right behind that small lead pack; he was 34th at 1:04.
Sean McKenna and Conor Dunne were in the breakaway for about 180km today.
They were caught with 90km remaining as the pace was injected into the peloton. Dunne and McKenna were non-finishers.
Ryan Mullen was 127th at 11:53. Damien Shaw was a non-starter as a long-running injury which has been worsening ruled him out.
